Carl “C.L.” Wilkins II / Broker & Advisor

Carl "C.L." Wilkins II, a Raleigh native, joined Elm Partners as a Commercial Broker and Advisor in 2025 after overseeing Strategic Communications at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.

With over nine years of extensive experience in public relations, partnerships, and government relations in North Carolina, CL possesses valuable insights into the diverse communities of the state and the relationships among local governments, businesses, and stakeholders.

Additionally, CL is passionate about community development and currently serves on the advisory commissions for the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences and the City of Raleigh Arts Commission, where he holds the position of Grants Chair.

CL lives in downtown Raleigh with his future wife, Elle. You will likely see them at concerts around town or at Stanbury enjoying some beef tartar and dirty martinis.
